London skyline in Winter

So I haven't posted anything on Slice of Sunny for a week or two. Oops. It's been one of those times where everything gets so crazily busy*, and I just hadn't found the energy to sit down and write.

I've ignored my blog schedule for a while now, but I'm feeling ready to jump back into it. For those who were looking out for posts on my Scandinavia trip: I promise you, they are coming.

Very soon you'll know all about Copenhagen's incredible food market, where to see the sun go down in Malmö, the best places to eat in Gothenburg, what do on a weekend in Oslo, and what Stockholm looks like at night when the sun doesn't set. Plus so much more; I've seriously saved up the good stuff.

I have so many exciting travel stories and updates on my 10 goals to share with you, so please bear with me.

I've been thinking quite a bit about the direction of Slice of Sunny recently. There's so much I want to post on here, but I really want to avoid over-burdening myself and getting burned out.

There may be a few changes as I try to figure out the best way to keep bringing you great travel, food and otherwise awesome stories that haven't been done everywhere else. So stick with me, because it's about to get even better!

*Crazy busy in a good way. My (now not-so-new) job is great: I'm learning a lot and really enjoying it. It feels totally different to the first half of the year, and I couldn't be happier.

Plus, you know, it's pretty good when it involves hanging around at the PSP Southampton Boat Show for a few days:
